F3 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Field Implementation Technician to install, troubleshoot, and train on Point of Sale systems across the United States and Canada.

You’ll be the go‑to expert when a new market launches or a rollout needs an extra hand, spending weeks on the road while ensuring checkout lines stay open and teams run smoothly. You’ll coordinate with scheduling, document work and expenses, maintain equipment, and deliver professional customer engagements during go‑live

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to a full week, with overnight stays away from home.
• Ability to work four (4) weekend days per month, as well as early mornings, late evenings, overnight shifts, and holidays, as scheduled.
• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
• Valid government-issued identification (REAL ID or equivalent).
• Valid passport with ability to travel internationally.
• Must reside within a reasonable distance of a major commercial airport.
• Some roles require fluency in more than one language; this will be communicated during hiring.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized across changing locations and time zones.
• Continued education, as required; this may include mandatory training.

Responsibilities

• Travel continuously Monday through Friday to customer sites across the United States or Canada to install, maintain, replace, and repair Point of Sale systems in person.
• Install, maintain, replace, and repair Point of Sale systems with customer sites remotely, as assigned.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions.
• Lead high-level customer engagement during training, go-live, and troubleshooting services.
• Partner with scheduling and dispatch to manage travel itineraries and adapt quickly to delays or changes.
• Transport, safeguard, and track company equipment, tools, and inventory while traveling.
• Submit accurate and timely expense reports and receipts in accordance with company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used, including documentation.
• Communicate with customers and team members professionally.
• Adhere to safety standards and protocols at all times.
