F3 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Field Implementation Technician to install, configure, and support POS systems at partner restaurants across your region. You will travel extensively and train staff on POS usage, while delivering on-site and remote support.

This role emphasizes independence, reliable travel, and a customer-first approach, with paid training provided and overtime opportunities. You’ll join a national field service team enhancing payment technology experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain POS hardware and software at partner locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues independently.
• Provide hands-on training to restaurant staff on POS functionality and best practices.
• Deliver remote and on-site technical support to ensure minimal downtime.
• Document all service work, including job details, equipment used, and resolution steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Maintain a professional, customer-first approach at every interaction.
