Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Part-Time Traveling Payroll Coordinator to compile timekeeping data via UKG and SAP and submit to the local Payroll team for auditing and finalization. You will interact professionally with customers, colleagues, and vendors while supporting the Event & Exhibit Services group.

This role requires nationwide travel to Freeman branches or convention sites; when not traveling, the position sits in the Las Vegas office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years payroll/accounting experience in a computerized environment.
• Proficient with spreadsheets (Excel).
• Experience with UKG timekeeping system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sign-in desk, badges, and new hire paperwork for union labor calls.
• Ensure timekeeping systems are accurate and up to date.
• Track daily punches to verify swipes completed during the day.
• Audit punches and correct missing or invalid entries with management.
• Schedule labor calls through CAP system to generate crew sheets.
• Maintain data in SAP, New Hires/Rehires, Address Changes, Tax Changes, etc.
• Maintain confidentiality at all times.
