Job summary

American Financing is seeking a Payroll Administrator to ensure accurate, timely processing of employee compensation within UKG and to maintain system integrity. You will verify timekeeping, process deductions, and respond to employee inquiries, supporting the Payroll Manager with data analysis and reporting.

The role requires at least 3 years in payroll processing, UKG experience, and strong Excel and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of payroll processing experience.
• One year of direct hands-on UKG experience required.
• Strong customer service skills with discretion.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute regular payroll cycles accurately within UKG.
• Verify and audit employee hours in UKG timekeeping.
• Answer employee payroll inquiries and explain policies.
• Generate payroll reports and summaries on schedule.
• Balance payroll registers and reconcile variances.
• Maintain payroll documentation and tax correspondence.
