The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in Time & Attendance, Payroll, or HR Operations, with proficiency in UKG Pro WFM, Kronos WFC, or ADP, and a willingness to travel up to 30% domestically.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, MIS, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or Industrial Relations
• 3+ years of dedicated experience in Time & Attendance, Workforce Management, Payroll, or HR Operations
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 20%–30% domestically for cross‑functional alignment and team meetings

Responsibilities

• Process redesigns, system implementations/upgrades, testing, and SOPs.
• Analyze workforce, attendance, and labor metrics to build reports, dashboards, and audit controls; root-cause analysis on payroll discrepancies.
• Monitor adherence to policies, labor laws, and collective bargaining agreements; interpret and apply complex pay rules.
• Oversee timecard/payroll transaction accuracy, validate exception reports, manage cutoff schedules, and resolve escalated issues.
