Job summary

A leading professional services firm is seeking an experienced POWER Testing and Energization Field Services Technician. The role involves executing complex testing assignments in high voltage substations while supporting field teams. Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in electrical testing and a strong background in protective relay testing. This position requires the ability to work independently, mentor junior technicians, and ensure safety compliance. Opportunities to support various projects in Texas and Louisiana are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in the electrical testing industry.
• Experience in medium and high voltage circuit breakers and power transformers.
• Proficient in testing electrical distribution and generation projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing and commissioning tasks for Protection and Control systems.
• Provide support to field teams and mentor junior technicians.
• Document site activities using digital tools and field forms.
