Layton Construction is seeking a skilled Superintendent to lead the daily operations of hospital/medical facility projects, coordinating schedules, procurement, and field teamwork on site. You will collaborate with the Project Manager to align timelines, resources, and subcontractor work to meet critical milestones.

Responsibilities include supervising direct labor, overseeing contracted work, reviewing specifications, and ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion across multi-phase

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction and 5+ years of Data Center construction experience.
• Reads blueprints accurately and understands building codes.
• Strong communication and scheduling skills; Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
• Knowledge of subcontractors' scopes and cost control.
• Ability to plan, coordinate and monitor multiple tasks.

• Studies specifications to plan procedures and staffing for each phase.
• Develops and uses look-ahead schedules with the Project Manager.
• Coordinates pre-construction meetings and mobilization activities.
• Directs procurement of tools and materials to match work schedules.
• Ensures all parties are informed of progress and issues with clients and subs.
• Manages labor costs and moves personnel between projects as needed.
• Prepares the Project Management Plan in collaboration with the PM.
• Enforces safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
