Job summary

Layton Construction seeks a seasoned Superintendent to oversee daily job-site operations, including scheduling, production, and procurement of materials, manpower, and equipment. You will supervise direct labor and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure project success on a hospital/medical facility project valued at $10 million plus.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction, at least 5 years of data center construction experience, strong communication skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction and 5+ years in data center construction.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction processes and blueprints reading.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; basic Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan procedures and staffing for each phase based on specifications and resources.
• Collaborate with Project Manager on schedules and look-ahead planning.
• Coordinate procurement of tools/materials and manage subcontractors to meet schedules.
