Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a traveling Superintendent for Critical Facilities-Data Centers in Atlanta, GA. Leads MEPS trades, ensures safety, schedule, budget, and quality across mechanical and electrical systems on complex projects.

Requires a Bachelor's degree or four years engineering/architectural experience and at least six years in mechanical/electrical construction; travel 100% on a full-time assignment. Strong leadership, coordination, and BIM familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of formal engineering or architectural experience.
• Minimum of six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience.
• Knowledge of building construction, means and methods, scheduling and cost control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate work of subcontractors/Turner trades for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Manage scheduling, delivery, logistics, quality control, and staffing.
• Oversee safety program and subcontractor compliance with Turner standards and codes.
• Supervise and develop Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers, and interns.
• Ensure adherence to ethics and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with engineers on MEP layout coordination and 3D models.
