Job summary

Turner Construction Company seeks a seasoned Superintendent Mechanical-Electrical for a full-time traveling assignment to support advanced technology projects including data centers. You will lead subcontractors, manage safety, schedule, budget, and coordinate MEPS systems across trades on site.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent engineering/architectural experience and at least six years in MEPS construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of engineering/architectural experience and six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience, or equivalent combination.
• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to read, interpret, and coordinate contract documents, drawings and specs.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety, scheduling and cost control procedures.
• Experience with BIM and coordination of MEPS systems in multi-trade environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate work of subcontractors and Turner trades for MEPS systems.
• Ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality of work, and adherence to budget.
• Supervise Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers and interns, including performance input.
• Develop sequencing, recovery plans, and coordinate with engineers on 3D coordination sets.
• Oversee billing, invoices and payment applications for work in place.
• Manage on-site coordination, inspections, startup, commissioning, turnover and training.
