Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Traveling Superintendent-MEP for a full-time assignment supporting Advanced Technology projects, including Data Centers. You will lead subcontractors and Turner trades on Mechanical and Electrical systems, manage safety, schedule delivery, quality of work, and budget, and supervise junior staff.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or four years of engineering/architectural experience, at least six years in MEP construction, knowledge of BIM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of formal engineering/architectural experience required.
• Minimum of six years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience.
• Proficiency with BIM coordination and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate work of subcontractors and Turner trades on MEP systems.
• Ensure safety, schedule, quality, and adherence to budget on the project.
• Supervise Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers and interns as assigned.
• Coordinate with owners, architects and engineers on field issues.
• Manage billing, progress, payrolls and subcontractor payments.
• Maintain compliance with contract documents and codes.
• Develop recovery strategies to maintain schedule and budget.
• Lead inspections, startup, commissioning, turnover and punch lists.
