Job summary
Turner Construction Company seeks a travel-heavy MEP Lead for a full-time assignment supporting an Advanced Technology project portfolio, including Data Centers. You will lead field activities for mechanical and electrical systems, coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and owners to ensure on-time, within-budget performance and quality per contract documents.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and at least four years of relevant engineering experience.
- Technical understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to plan, manage, and execute essential duties.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate field activities for mechanical and electrical systems on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and owners to resolve issues.
- Develop schedules for all project phases including commissioning and turnover.
- Monitor progress and manpower allocations to align with project priorities.
- Co-lead turnover process with MEP Engineer including start-up and testing.
