Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Senior Superintendent for Traveling MEPS projects across the United States. The role leads the coordination of mechanical and electrical work, supervising field teams, and ensuring safety, budget, and schedule adherence on diverse aviation, data center, healthcare, and industrial projects.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction, strong BIM coordination skills, and proven

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of formal superintendent experience.
• 6+ years of mechanical/electrical/plumbing construction experience.
• Knowledge of building construction, scheduling and cost control procedures.
• Proficiency with BIM and coordination of mechanical/electrical systems using drawings and models.
• Ability to read contract documents, drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of subcontractors and Turner trade labor for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ensure safety, schedule delivery, quality of work and adherence to budget.
• Supervise Assistant Superintendents, Field Engineers and interns; provide performance input.
• Develop schedules and recovery strategies to maintain project schedule and budget.
• Communicate with owners and architects/engineers on field issues and resolutions.
