Job summary

Turner Construction Co. seeks a traveling Lead for Mechanical and Electrical systems on a full-time basis for an Advanced Technology project, including Data Centers and related market segments.

The role involves leading field activities, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors, and ensuring work is on schedule and within budget at a Dayton, OH site. The position reports to the MEP Manager and Superintendent, with a 100% travel requirement and a salary range in the upper tier of the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum four years of relevant engineering experience in mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer application skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison with engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors and owner representatives to resolve MEP issues.
• Develop comprehensive schedules covering engineering, coordination, installation, start-up, testing and turnover.
• Monitor progress and compare against project schedule using appropriate tools.
