Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced MEP Lead for a full-time, traveling assignment supporting an Advanced Technology project, including Data Centers and related market segments. You will lead field activities for mechanical and electrical systems, coordinating with engineers, subcontractors, and owners to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.

Responsibilities include developing schedules, monitoring progress, ensuring safety, and guiding the turnover process with the MEP

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and a minimum of four years of relevant engineering experience.
• Technical expertise and understanding of all mechanical and electrical systems.
• Business acumen to plan, manage, and execute all essential duties with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, direct, and coordinate execution of all field activities for MEP systems.
• Develop comprehensive schedules for all project phases from engineering to turnover.
• Monitor progress and manage manpower allocations to priorities.
• Co-lead turnover, start-up, testing, and closeout with the MEP Engineer.
• Preplan field activities to ensure readiness and compliance with contract documents.
