Job summary

Bell Partners in the United States is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to lease apartments, promote properties, and manage day-to-day resident interactions across multiple communities within a designated market. This role requires travel between properties and delivering exceptional service to prospects and residents.

You will follow Fair Housing standards, assist with renewals, coordinate application reviews, maintain property knowledge, and collaborate with teams to meet leasing goals

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of multi-family leasing or B2B selling experience.
• Strong marketing and creativity skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• MS Office proficiency; familiarity with Yardi Voyager.
• Superior interpersonal skills and teamwork.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and promote properties within budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor trends.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge and conduct outside marketing.
• Coordinate application reviews including credit and income verifications.
• Prepare lease packets and documentation.
• Ensure move-in condition and conduct walkthroughs.
• Coordinate lease renewals and communicate with residents.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain punctuality.
