Bell Partners is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to lease apartments across multiple properties, travel within a designated market, and deliver outstanding service to residents, prospects, and visitors. The role supports renewals and ensures smooth leasing processes across communities.

The position emphasizes excellent communication, effective marketing, and the ability to manage lease screenings, move-ins, and renewals while maintaining property knowledge and standards.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in multi-family leasing or B2B selling.
• Strong marketing and creativity skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and ability to use computer.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or other similar programs.
• Superior interpersonal skills and the ability to work on a team.
• Ability to perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions.

Responsibilities

• Effectively lease apartments and sell properties, products and services within budget guidelines.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards in all matters with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor traffic trends.
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and competition; conduct outside marketing activities.
• Coordinate the application review for each lease including credit and income verifications.
• Complete lease packets and files for each resident with all required documentation.
• Ensure the condition of leased apartments before move-in, including final inspection with resident.
• Follow up with residents throughout lease terms and coordinate renewals.
