Job summary

Bell Partners Inc. is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant to lease apartments across multiple properties within a designated market. You’ll handle day-to-day resident needs and coordinate lease renewals, traveling between communities to deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities include processing applications, verifying income, ensuring move-in readiness, and maintaining strong product knowledge to compete with major properties. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related field
• 1+ years of multi-family leasing or B2B selling experience
• Strong marketing and creativity skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite and ability to use a computer
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar systems
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork ability
• Basic to intermediate mathematical ability

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments effectively and sell properties in line with budget guidelines
• Follow Fair Housing Standards with prospects and residents
• Follow up on leasing traffic and monitor trends
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of property and competition and conduct external marketing
• Coordinate lease applications including credit and income verifications
• Prepare lease packets and ensure proper documentation
• Ensure move-in readiness and conduct final inspections with residents
• Follow up with residents and coordinate lease renewals
• Provide excellent customer service to residents
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
