Job summary

Bell Partners is seeking a Floating Leasing Consultant who will travel between multiple properties within a designated market to lease apartments and handle day-to-day resident needs.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, strong marketing, and proficient use of MS Office and Yardi Voyager. Candidates should have 1+ years in multi-family leasing or B2B sales and a BA/BS in business or related field. Travel between properties is required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, sales, or related field, relevant experience, or a combination.
• 1+ years of experience in multi-family leasing or 1+ years in B2B selling.
• Strong marketing and creativity skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite and computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of Yardi Voyager or similar programs.
• Superior interpersonal skills and ability to work on a team.
• Ability to perform basic to intermediate mathematical functions.

Responsibilities

• Effectively lease apartments and sell properties, products and services per budget.
• Follow Fair Housing Standards with prospects and residents.
• Follow up on leasing traffic entries and monitor trends.
• Maintain product knowledge of property and major competition; conduct outside marketing.
• Coordinate lease application reviews including credit and income verifications.
• Complete lease packets and files with all addenda and documentation.
• Ensure leased apartments are ready before move-in with final inspection.
• Coordinate renewals and follow up with residents throughout lease terms.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and visitors.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
