Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent to plan, manage, and execute complex projects for Advanced Facilities. You will oversee material and equipment, manage people, ensure documentation, and drive on-time, profitable completion in alignment with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years in construction, a HS diploma or GED, and a BA/BS in construction management or related field preferred. Travel and non-traditional hours may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 5+ years construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and creates injury-free environment by example.
• Manages subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates project site care, custody and control.
• Manages project schedule with Project Manager and uses cost reports for budget tracking.
• Participates in project reviews and closeout activities.
