Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Superintendent for its Advanced Facilities Group to plan, manage and execute complex projects, travel to sites, and support self-perform work. You will lead safety, coordinate subcontractors and staff, develop work plans, and manage schedules and budgets to ensure timely, profitable completion.

Role requires 5+ years of construction experience and 3+ years of field supervision, with Lean experience preferred. Bachelor's degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include a high school diploma or GED; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of construction experience and 3+ years in field supervision.
• Lean principles familiarity is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and mentor staff to maintain injury-free project environments.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers and overall job workflow.
• Develop work plans and coordinate self-perform work with project goals.
• Create and manage project schedules with the Project Manager.
• Attend progress, OAC and other key project meetings and report progress.
