Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute complex projects nationwide, with travel to Advanced Industries sites. You will oversee material and equipment, manage people, ensure documentation, and drive timely, profitable completion of projects in line with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

The role requires coordinating safety, quality, and cost control, leading meetings, and maintaining project documentation and schedules in partnership with the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Safety culture governance and incident retraining are expected.
• Ability to plan, manage and execute multiple project components.
• Knowledge of project processes and means/methods of construction management.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environments.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, suppliers and program areas like Safety and QA/QC.
• Develop work plans, coordinate site care, and manage meetings and reporting.
• Create and adjust project schedules with the Project Manager; monitor costs and budgets.
