Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a traveling Superintendent 2 to plan, manage and execute tasks on assigned projects with complexity, including material and equipment management, people coordination, documentation, and ensuring timely, profitable project completion. Role supports JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

The position requires leadership in safety, coordination of subcontractors, and active involvement in progress and cost reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years construction experience.
• 3+ years field supervision experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of project safety culture and site safety.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers, and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate project site care and control.
• Lead meetings and participate in progress reviews.
