Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling Senior Superintendent for Advanced Industries to manage complex nationwide projects. You will lead safety culture, supervise staff and subcontractors, and drive scheduling, cost control, and QA/QC to ensure on-time, profitable completion.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in construction, 8+ years in field supervision, and a Bachelor’s in CM/Engineering or related field; willingness to travel is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years construction experience and 8+ years supervising field work.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and manage complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, and project budgets.
• Develop plans, schedules and coordinate with owners/architects.
• Oversee QA/QC and procurement processes.
• Coordinate field staffing and resource needs.
• Lead and participate in project meetings and buyout sessions.
