Job summary

Dennis Group seeks a seasoned Construction Program Manager to lead industrial food and beverage projects from planning through completion. You will oversee site teams, manage budgets, and ensure client satisfaction while coordinating with inspectors, engineers, and project controllers.

The role requires travel and strict adherence to schedules. Applicants should have extensive experience in construction management, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to drive design-build projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction science, building science, construction engineering, or a related field

Responsibilities

• Manage and foster relationships with clients by understanding their needs, listening actively, and addressing feedback honestly and transparently.
• Review project schedule, work progress, and budget with the client.
• Communicate project progress, issues, and updates to the client proactively.
• Set and manage project timelines, deliverables, and expectations with the client.
• Oversee and direct site-based construction managers, field staff, and office personnel from conception to completion.
• Provide input on project accounting, budgeting, and cost management.
• Develop construction reports for client executives and coordinate with project controllers.
