Job summary

Dennis Group seeks a Construction Manager to supervise site operations and coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and owners for food/ beverage process facilities. The role combines field oversight with office planning, budgeting, and scheduling to keep projects on track.

You will lead safety programs, manage change orders, and support project close-out across US/Canada travel. Strong communication and industrial project experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction science, building science, construction engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience managing sub-contractors and driving project schedules.
• Strong client interaction and communication skills.
• Experience on industrial construction projects a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medium to large industrial construction projects on site and in the office.
• Coordinate with owners, subs, architects, and engineers to maintain scope, budget and schedule.
• Ensure site safety programs and project reporting are in place.
• Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation.
