Job summary

Dennis Group is recruiting a Construction Manager to supervise daily site activities and coordinate with subcontractors, engineers, and architects on industrial food and beverage facilities. The role blends field oversight with office planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure projects progress on time and within scope.

Qualified candidates will have a related degree, design-build experience on industrial projects, strong client interaction and communication skills, and readiness to travel up

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in construction science, building science, construction engineering or related field preferred.
• Design-build experience on industrial projects preferred.
• Experience overseeing subcontractors and driving project schedule.
• Travel up to 100% to projects in USA and Canada.
• Work 10 days onsite, 4 days off schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medium-sized projects and coordinate scope, budget, and schedule.
• Administer project budgets, reporting, and change orders.
• Ensure site safety procedures with the safety team.
• Coordinate field engineering, inspections, and third-party testing.
• Prepare permits, submittals, RFIs, and supplier invoices.
• Communicate with owners, subs, and A/E teams.
• Support project close-out activities and lessons learned.
