Job summary

Dennis Group is seeking a Construction Manager to supervise daily construction operations on food and beverage facilities. You will coordinate subcontractors, enforce site safety, manage schedules and budgets, and work closely with project teams across engineering and design groups.

The role requires strong communication, practical field and office management, and the ability to lead meetings with owners, subs, and A/E teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred in construction science/related field.
• 4+ years of design-build experience on industrial projects.
• 4+ years overseeing sub-contractors and driving the project schedule.
• 4+ years of client interaction experience with strong technical/organizational/communication skills.
• Fundamental understanding of all phases of construction; ability to read construction documents, schedules, budgets.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD is a plus; willing to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee medium-sized industrial projects and manage field/office tasks.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site safety programs.
• Develop and update project scope, budget, and schedule with project management.
• Prepare and maintain project reports and logs.
• Coordinate field engineering, third-party testing, and vendor relations.
• Liaise with owners, subs, building officials, and A/E teams; ensure schedule compliance.
