Job summary

Dennis Group is seeking a Construction Manager to supervise site operations for industrial food and beverage facilities. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage the project schedule and budget, and enforce site safety programs across field and office activities.

The role requires strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with travel up to 100% on industrial projects across the USA and Canada. Experience with design-build on industrial projects is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction science, building science, construction engineering or related field preferred.
• 4+ years design-build experience on industrial projects.
• 4+ years overseeing subcontractors and driving project schedules.
• 4+ years client interaction with strong technical and communication skills.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD is a plus; willingness to travel up to 100%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction activities and coordinate subcontractors.
• Maintain site safety programs in collaboration with the safety team.
• Manage project scope, budget, and schedule with project management.
• Coordinate field engineering and review submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Assist in project close-out, reporting, and client communications.
