Job summary

U.S. Renal Care is seeking a Home Therapy Registered Nurse - Traveler to train patients on home dialysis and provide ongoing support across designated U.S. Renal Care locations.

This role requires travel to multiple sites and temporary coverage for programs as needed, with focus on home hemodialysis patients. You will conduct patient education, monitor treatment progress, document care in the EMR, and collaborate with physicians and care teams while ensuring regulatory compliance and patient

Qualifications

• Current RN license in multiple states, maintained in good standing.
• At least 12 months of nursing experience; 6 months in home modality preferred.
• CPR certification required prior to patient care assignment.
• Flexibility to travel across the U.S. and Guam.

Responsibilities

• Provide home dialysis patient training and ongoing support.
• Travel to multiple U.S. Renal Care locations to cover programs.
• Document nursing care in the Electronic Medical Record.
• Coordinate with physicians and care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and safety policies.
