Job summary

U.S. Renal Care seeks a Home Therapy Registered Nurse to train patients at home and provide ongoing support for dialysis options. You will perform home visits, document care in the EMR, and coordinate with physicians to ensure high-quality outcomes.

The role involves infection control, emergency readiness, and flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs and home program operations.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in applicable state and in good standing.
• CPR certification required prior to patient care assignment.
• 6+ months experience in the specific home dialysis modality for the state (Texas requires 6 months).

Responsibilities

• Provide patient training and ongoing support for home dialysis modality.
• Conduct home visits to assess patient environment and care needs.
• Document nursing services in EMR and communicate with physician and team.
• Participate in infection control monitoring and emergency preparedness procedures.
• Manage supply inventory and place orders to avoid delays and penalties.
• Perform on-call nursing services, nights and weekends as needed.
• Flexible with staffing locations and hours to meet program needs.
