Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Traveling General Superintendent - Justice to lead the execution of highly complex court and corrections facilities across the United States. You will manage teams, plan construction sequencing, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence in collaboration with owners, architects, and field staff.

You will drive Lean practices, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and supervise pre-punch activities, procurement, and project closeouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience with leadership of field teams.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and QA/QC programs.
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate site operations and maintain project documentation.
• Lead daily standups and weekly meetings; attend OAC as needed.
• Prepare and monitor project schedule and cost reports.
