Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling General Superintendent - Justice to lead the execution of complex court and corrections facilities projects across the United States. The role focuses on building innovative, safe and efficient facilities while aligning with JE Dunn’s strategy and values.

You will oversee teams, manage sequencing, and ensure project goals are met in collaboration with owners and design partners.

• Strong communication skills for meetings with owners, design teams and GC staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job workflow.
• Oversee staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs (Safety, Quality, EEO).
• Develop work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinate project site care and control.
