Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Traveling General Superintendent - Justice to lead and execute complex justice projects across the United States, building courthouses and corrections facilities that serve communities.

You will develop project plans, supervise field teams, coordinate with owners, architects, and regulators, and drive safety, quality, and cost discipline while advancing Lean construction practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience with field supervision.
• Experience leading Justice / Corrections projects.
• Knowledge of Lean principles.
• Strong safety and QA/QC focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all safety culture and risk management on site.
• Manage subcontractors and project teams.
• Develop work plans, schedules and budgets.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting and meetings.
• Coordinate with owner, architect and authorities.
• Recruit top talent and promote diversity.
