Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling General Superintendent - Justice to lead complex courthouse and correctional projects nationwide, reports to field leadership, and ensures safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The role requires directing self-perform work, coordinating with owners, architects, and authorities, and managing project plans, schedules, and resource needs across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Proven leadership of complex construction projects.
• Strong understanding of safety, QA/QC, and project controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, and project workflows.
• Oversee project schedule, budget, and coordination with owners and design team.
• Develop work plans, manage self-perform work, and ensure quality standards.
