Job summary

JE Dunn Construction, a leader in complex justice/Corrections projects, seeks a Traveling General Superintendent - Justice to lead multi-site teams across the United States. You will develop and execute project plans, oversee safety, schedule, cost control, and coordination with owners and design teams.

You will manage self-perform work, lead field teams, and mentor staff while upholding JE Dunn’s values and standards across a diverse portfolio.

Qualifications

• Leads safety culture and injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors, staff, suppliers and QA/QC programs.
• Develops work plans and coordinates site operations.
• Chooses formwork, tools and equipment for self-perform work.

Responsibilities

• Develops project plans and oversees complex projects.
• Manages project schedule and budget with PM input.
• Leads daily standups and weekly trade meetings.
• Ensures quality compliance per specifications and QA/QC standards.
• Coordinates with owner, architect and authorities during closeouts.
