Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Traveling General Superintendent - Justice to lead complex courthouse and corrections projects nationwide. You will develop project plans, oversee teams, sequencing, and ensure safety and quality across sites.

Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, coordinating with owners, architects, and authorities, and leading field operations from planning through closeout. Travel nationwide is required to support JE Dunn’s Justice portfolio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 12+ years construction experience with 10+ years in field supervision.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects; justice/corrections experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors, staff, and project workflow.
• Develop work plans and oversee self-perform work.
• Coordinate site with owners, design teams, and authorities.
• Lead project meetings and monitor schedule and budget.
