Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Traveling General Superintendent - Justice to lead complex justice projects across the United States. You will develop and execute project plans, manage teams, and drive safety, quality and schedule in pursuit of project goals.

This role requires autonomous decision-making, strong collaboration with owners, architects and field staff, and experience in self-perform operations, Lean principles, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field (Preferred).
• 12+ years construction experience with 10+ years field supervision (Preferred).
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure injury-free environment.
• Manage subcontractors and overall job organization.
• Oversee project teams, budgets, and cost reporting.
• Develop work plans, schedule, and progress meetings.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, and authorities.
