The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in deep foundation systems, strong leadership skills, and must possess relevant safety certifications. Expect 50% travel with flexible hours and a union-based compensation structure.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience overseeing a crew for deep foundation systems.
• Must possess OSHA 30-hour and other safety certifications.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities for Foundations projects.
• Ensure project compliance with safety, budget, and design.
• Conduct daily Job Hazard Awareness meetings.
