Responsibilities

• Manage daily site activities for foundation projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and policies.
• Conduct daily Job Hazard Awareness meetings.

Skills

Five years of experience overseeing crew installation

Experience with piledriving, micropiles, caissons

Ability to oversee multiple jobs

OSHA 30-hour and HAZWOPER certifications

Ability to read construction plans

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

Strong communication skills

Ability to work with mathematical concepts

Problem-solving skills
