Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and solutions in person at the branch.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Greet customers and manage lobby flow to address immediate needs.
• Accurately balance and process transactions per policy.
• Log and resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
• Introduce customers to banking partners for sales opportunities.
• Perform branch operational tasks (cash handling, vault, ATM, wires).
• Perform AML/KYC-related activities and ensure compliance.
