Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months customer service experience including data entry and/or cash handling.
• Able to travel between branches as needed.
• Proven verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient with internet-based tools and banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to customer service standards and deliver solutions that meet customer needs.
• Educate customers through digital demonstrations and identify self-service opportunities.
• Engage in lobby management, greet customers, and address immediate needs.
• Balance and process transactions accurately following policy.
• Resolve escalated account issues and log complaints in the system.
• Refer sales opportunities to banking partners.
• Handle branch operations like cash orders, vault, ATM, and wires.
• Perform customer/account maintenance accurately and AML/KYC activity.
• Follow compliance and risk controls; support brand and inclusive culture.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
