Qualifications

• Proficient with internet and basic technology.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional branch customer service and manage digital engagement.
• Balance and process transactions accurately following policy.
• Assist customers and identify self-service opportunities.
• Handle escalated account issues to resolution and log complaints.
• Support lobby management and greet customers.
• Complete branch operational tasks (cash ordering, vault, wires).
• Maintain AML/KYC compliance.
