Qualifications

High school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of customer service experience, including data entry and cash handling.
Willingness and ability to travel between branches as needed.
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficient with internet and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

Provide differentiated customer service through digital engagement and retail servicing.
Balance and process customer transactions accurately following Bank Policy.
Assist branch staff and manage lobby and digital demonstrations.
Address customer issues and log complaints, escalate when needed.
Transition sales opportunities to banking partners.
Complete branch-related operational activities (cash handling, vault, ATM, wire transfers).
