Job summary

MULTIVAC USA Inc. is seeking Traveling Field Service Technicians to service and install large packaging machinery across the Southeast. The role requires independent work, extensive travel, and hands-on technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong problem-solving, excellent customer service, and flexibility to work outside normal hours. Overnight travel and weekends are common to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• Must be able to troubleshoot large-scale machinery mechanically, electrically and operationally.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; work well under pressure.
• Ability to travel with little notice and occasional weekend work.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot or install complex packaging equipment at customer facilities.
• Provide training on safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Complete service documentation and submit trip expenses within 24 hours.
