MULTIVAC USA is seeking a Traveling Field Service Technician for the Midwest. You will troubleshoot, install, and service complex packaging and processing equipment at customer sites, addressing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems.

Training customers on safe operation and parts orders is also required. The role involves overnight travel, scheduling flexibility, and working beyond normal hours, including weekends.

Formación

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot mechanical/electrical/pneumatic systems.
• Ability to train customers on safe operation and parts ordering.
• Proven track record of working independently in high-stress environments.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot or install complex packaging and processing equipment at customer facilities.
• Provide customer training on operation, maintenance, and parts ordering; share service contacts.
• Submit complete service reports and travel expense/timesheets within required timelines.
