MULTIVAC USA is seeking Traveling Field Service Technicians to service and repair large packaging and processing equipment at customer facilities. You will troubleshoot complex systems and travel with overnight stays as required.

Qualifications

• Significant mechanical aptitude required.
• Able to troubleshoot large-scale, complex machinery mechanically, electrically, and operationally.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work under high stress while maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot or install complex, customized packaging/processing equipment at customer facilities; repair to specifications.
• Train customers on safe operation, maintenance, and parts ordering; provide service team contact for future needs.
• Complete service documentation and submit trip expenses promptly; keep timesheets accurate.
