Travel is extensive, with overnight stays and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot or install complex packaging and processing equipment at customer facilities.
• Repair equipment to customer specifications quickly and efficiently, addressing high level challenges with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems.
• Provide training for customers on safe operations, maintenance, and parts ordering.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot or install complex, customized packaging and processing equipment at customer facilities.
• Repair equipment to customer specifications quickly and efficiently, addressing high level challenges with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems.
• Complete service documentation of repairs and submit related trip expenses; reports due within 24 hours of job completion.
