Job summary

MULTIVAC USA seeks Traveling Field Technicians to troubleshoot, install, and service large packaging and processing machinery at customer facilities. This role requires independent work, excellent problem-solving, and strong mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic capabilities.

The position involves traveling with overnight stays, flexible schedules, and potential weekend work to meet customer demands. Candidates should be comfortable in challenging environments and delivering high-quality service

Qualifications

• Traveling Field Service Technicians use, technical drawings, electromechanical knowledge, and complex problem-solving skills to maintain, service, and repair large, high-powered packaging and processing machinery.
• Must be able to troubleshoot large-scale, complex machinery mechanically, electrically, and operationally.
• Along with strong electrical and mechanical experience, pneumatic and machine shop skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot or install complex, customized packaging and processing equipment at customer facilities.
• Repair equipment to customer specifications quickly and efficiently, addressing high level challenges with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and robotic systems.
• Complete service documentation of repairs made during the call and submit related trip expenses.
