MULTIVAC USA Inc. seeks a Traveling Field Service Technician to service, repair, and install customized packaging equipment at customer facilities across the Southeast. The role requires independent work, strong mechanical and electrical skills, and the ability to travel with short notice.

You will train customers on operation and safety, document service activities promptly, and support continuous improvement in service quality while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have travel readiness and flexibility.
• Strong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and robotic systems knowledge.
• Ability to run diagnostics and repair on-site.
• Excellent customer service and communication.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot or install complex equipment at customer facilities and repair to specifications.
• Provide training for safe operation, maintenance, and parts ordering.
• Complete service documentation and submit related trip expenses; reports within 24 hours; maintain accurate time sheets.
